Safety Tags identify temporary hazards until the hazard is eliminated or a hazardous operation is complete. They comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements. Designed for reliable hazard communication, these tags are easy to write on and feature a 3/8"" top hole for secure attachment.

Tags come in two different materials:

• Poly-Based Cardstock Option: Thin and flexible poly-based cardstock without wood content, offering greater durability than standard paper cardstock. Ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure. Tear-resistant and waterproof; will not crack, distort, or shrink. Scuff-resistant matte surface is easy to write on. Features a 3/8"" plain, pull-resistant hole.
• Durable Plastic Option: Strong, industrial-grade plastic built for demanding environments. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and resistant to weather conditions. Writable, abrasion-resistant surface resists chemicals, tears, dirt, grease, and abrasions. Includes a 3/8"" hole reinforced with a metal grommet, providing up to 50-lb pull strength to prevent pull-off.
